Case focuses his practice on energy and corporate law. His energy practice involves advising domestic energy companies in a variety of energy transactions in the upstream and midstream sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets, joint ventures, and various oil and gas agreements.
