She has tried cases in state and federal courts and in arbitrations (local and international) on a variety of issues. Her courtroom presence has been described by clients as effective, persuasive, and convincing. Stephanie’s experience includes the following: Contractual disputes Trade secrets Oil and gas contracts Oil and gas production equipment Non-competition and non-solicitation agreements Fiduciary duties Trademark infringement Landlord/Tenant disputes Stephanie serves in leadership roles across the firm including on the firm's Management Committee and as Chair of the Women’s Initiative. She is also an active member of DRI, serving on the DRI Annual Meeting Steering Committee and Women in the Law Steering Committee (Leadership Team). She also serves as an advisory board member for Theater Under the Stars (TUTS), Houston’s non-profit home for musical theater and as the President of the Nottingham Forest Civic Association.
