He brings substantial expertise in: Energy Litigation: Extensive involvement in disputes related to joint operating agreements, gas purchase contracts, royalty matters, operator removal, exploration agreements, and gas plant accounting. Commercial and Corporate Litigation: Experience spans breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, DTPA, fraud (including securities and CFTC-related), antitrust, price fixing, and more.
