Caryn Greenspan is a partner in Proskauer's Private Funds Group with over 15 years of experience in the investment funds industry. Caryn’s practice focuses on hedge funds, credit funds and growth equity funds. She advises clients in launching private investment funds, including commingled funds and funds-of-one as well as negotiating managed account agreements.
