Stephen Gruberg
Steve is a partner in Proskauer's Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group and the Leveraged Finance Group. His principal focus is the representation of leading private credit providers, direct lenders and investment banks in a wide range of leveraged loan transactions across the capital structure spectrum, with a particular focus on leveraged sponsor buyouts, acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations. Steve has industry experience in a wide range of business sectors including healthcare, software, restaurants, industrial and manufacturing, retail and financial services.
