Michael Chan advises employers of all types and at different stages of their life cycles on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Combining over 20 years of experience with deep knowledge of the laws governing employee benefits and compensation arrangements, he helps clients with all aspects of compliance and benefit plan design and implementation. Michael is leader of the Tax, Employee Benefits and Trusts & Estates practice group. Clients consult with Michael to develop plans aimed at attracting and retaining talent, and that make business sense relative to a company’s size, workforce, industry, growth trajectory and competitive position in the market.
