He advises clients, including utilities, independent power producers, pipeline companies, transmission companies, fiber-optic and other telecommunications companies, private equity funds, and financing parties with respect to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and divestitures, securities issuances and financings, and related federal and state regulatory issues. In the power industry, he has regularly advised both strategic utility clients and private equity clients.
