Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and Co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Committee. Krista represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and financings. Named as “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” for Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Americas Awards 2022 and a Law360 2022 “MVP” in Real Estate, Krista has represented clients on a broad range of domestic and international real estate transactions, including public-to-private transactions, securitized and mezzanine financings, and portfolio acquisitions. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of their transactions, including coordinating advice from internal and external tax advisors and ERISA and Fund counsel.
