Christine De Pree
Ms. De Pree focuses her practice on disclosure document and prospectus review, as well as proxy statements. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. Ms. De Pree started her law career with Vedder Price in 1996 as an Associate with the firm’s Investment Services group, and has now rejoined the firm as a Shareholder after many years working in-house. She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, with honors. · Vedder
