Zack Tripp is Co-Head of Weil's national Appeals and Strategic Counseling practice. He joined after serving as an Assistant to the Solicitor General and has extensive experience litigating before the U.S. Supreme Court and other appellate courts, including cases involving intellectual property, bankruptcy, antitrust, and securities, and also co-leads Weil's artificial intelligence task force.
