Erika Maley is a partner and co-chair of Hunton Andrews Kurth's Issues and Appeals Practice Group. She is a former Solicitor General of Virginia and an experienced appellate and trial-level litigator who has argued dozens of cases in federal and state courts, including a prevailing argument in the US Supreme Court.
