Steven J. Fineman
Steven Fineman, director and assistant general counsel of Richards, Layton & Finger, focuses his practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation. Steve has experience litigating complex disputes in all of Delaware’s state and federal courts, including appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
