Sara advises limited partnerships, limited liability companies and statutory trusts on matters of Delaware law. She works with private equity and venture capital funds and other private and public LLCs, limited partnerships and statutory trusts on strategic transactions, including acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and internal restructurings.
