James Aronoff

Jim is a partner in the Real Estate group, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice and the former partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cleveland office. He is regularly called upon to represent and advise real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate equity funds both transactionally, and in evaluating internal structures to maximize shareholder and investor value.
