Frank is a partner in the firm and the chair of its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. In addition, he serves on the International Practice Committee. Frank focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, startups, joint ventures and commercial agreements, and has extensive experience with international transactions, in particular foreign direct investments into the United States.
