Thompson Hine LLP · Jamie is a Partner in the firm's Construction Practice and plays an active role in its wholly owned subsidiary, Project Management Consultants, LLC (PMC). Through this platform, he leverages the integrated skills of project managers, architects, engineers and lawyers to structure contracts and mitigate risks from inception through commissioning and close-out. He delivers creative, efficient and team-oriented solutions for owners, architects, engineering firms and construction companies on projects and transactions across the built environment in the U.S. and abroad. Jamie draws on his multidisciplinary background and problem-solving skills to advise on project structuring, transactional documentation and dispute resolution. Representative projects include the financing, design and construction of the railroad replacement between Ben Gurion Airport and Jerusalem, and the design and construction procurement of the Military Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. Jamie provides intermediary and business advisory services as part of his architect- and engineer-focused Merger & Acquisitions Program, representing both buyers and sellers in the private equity community. In addition, during the past 35 years, he has facilitated the acquisition and disposition of New York State Grandfathered Engineering and Architectural Firms. As Co-Chair of the firm's Digital Infrastructure Practice, Jamie leads the firm's Data Center Practice, which focuses on site selection, acquisition, design, capital formation, construction and commissioning for hyperscale and co-location facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally.
