Jen has over 20 years of experience helping clients resolve complex product distribution and supply chain problems. Her experience includes drafting, negotiating and litigating contractual arrangements among manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and dealers. She works with clients to formulate distribution strategies and draft agreements to meet their needs in the United States and internationally.
