Ségolène Pelsy is a partner in Gide's Competition team in Brussels. In merger control, Ségolène manages complex transactions that may require the negotiation of innovative commitments. Finally, Ségolène advises companies on competition law in jurisdictions outside the EU, working closely with the firm's international offices, particularly in North Africa.
