
Jingjing Zhao
Jingjing is a member of the PRC Bar and senior associate at Gide's Shanghai office. She holds both a bachelor's degree in Law and master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Lyon III - Jean Moulin in France and a bachelor's degree in French from the Beijing Language and Culture University. Jing Jing's areas of expertise include foreign direct investment in China, foreign exchange control, labour and M&A in various sectors and in all phases of investment projects (new establishment, restructuring, transfer of shares or assets, dissolution and liquidation). She is familiar with PRC laws and regulations, has extensive practical experience in terms of drafting of transaction documents, contract review and restructuring planning, etc., and has participated in legal due diligence and reorganisations of many private, state-owned and foreign-invested enterprises in different sectors.
