
Magali Buchert
Magali Buchert is a partner in Gide's Tax Law team in Paris. She has recognised expertise in transactional taxation (public and private mergers and acquisitions, complex restructuring, private equity). She also advises companies on tax audits and disputes, and on executive profit-sharing. Magali has also acquired specific expertise in the taxation of not-for-profit organisations. Magali is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux). Magali holds a degree from ESSEC, a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M from UCLA.
