Arnaud Duhamel is a partner in Gide's Capital Markets team in Paris. He advises both issuers and banks on IPOs, capital increases, private placements, dual listings, convertible bond issues and block sales. His expertise also covers debt financing and restructuring, from EMTN programmes to hybrid securities, high-yield bonds, debt repackaging, as well as structured finance and products incorporating derivatives.
