Guillaume Goffin
Guillaume Goffin is a partner in Gide's Banking and Finance team in Paris. He specialises in financial services law and has developed a specific expertise in asset management (UCITS and alternative investment funds, in particular real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds and private equity funds). Guillaume acts for fund managers, promoters, credit institutions, insurance companies and other institutional investors in structuring, documenting and distributing investment funds and management mandates. His work covers the transactional and regulatory aspects of these operations, including obtaining AMF approval for products and participants.
