Frédéric Nouel

Frédéric Nouel is a partner in Gide's Real Estate team in Paris. He has also been the firm's senior partner since 2021. His practice focuses mainly on M&A, financial and real estate transactions for listed and non-listed players in the European real estate market and on investment funds. Frédéric played a key role in the creation in France of real estate investment funds (OPCI, OPPCI - non-listed REITs), which now have almost €100billion in assets under management. He has developed significant expertise in investment fund creation and development of professional alternative investment funds (FIA) in all sectors of the real estate and hotel industries. Frédéric is involved in a number of major market transactions. Recent clients include Kering, Accor, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Icamap, BPCE, Klepierre, Engie, ADEO, Swiss-Life, Domus-Vi, BNP Paribas, KKR and SFL. Admitted to the Paris Bar, Frédéric is a graduate of the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine Universities. · Gide Loyrette Nouel
