Iain Ferguson is a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland who specialises in structuring, establishing and advising on a wide range of UCITS and AIFs, including ETFs, hedge funds, private equity, real estate, loan/credit and infrastructure funds, as well as structured products.
