Anna Moran is a Partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds department at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland, advising domestic and international fund promoters, asset managers and fund service providers on Irish law and financial services regulation. She has experience in structuring, establishment, authorisation and ongoing management of a wide range of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs, hedge funds, feeder funds, real estate funds and money market funds; she joined McCann FitzGerald as a trainee in 2003 and became Partner in 2024.
