Stephen Ryan is Of Counsel at McCann FitzGerald LLP in the Antitrust and Competition Group, advising on all aspects of EU and Irish competition law including merger control, vertical agreements, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and State aid. He qualified in 2011, joined McCann FitzGerald in June 2023 and previously served eight years as a senior legal advisor at the Hong Kong Competition Commission and six years in private practice in London, Brussels and Hong Kong.
