Nicolas de Crombrugghe is a partner in NautaDutilh's Corporate/M&A team with more than 25 years' experience in M&A, capital markets and stock exchange matters. He advises corporates, PE/VC funds, family offices, scale-ups and banks; he joined NautaDutilh in 1999, was named partner in 2014, was seconded to Slaughter and May in 2003, and served as a partner at Edaphon (a climate tech impact fund) from 2024 to 2026 before rejoining NautaDutilh in May 2026.
