Counsel in NautaDutilh's Banking & Finance practice based in the firm's London office and head of the Luxembourg Desk, Ann Blaton specialises in cross-border leveraged finance, syndicated lending, project finance (PPP), asset-based and real estate finance. She represents global financial institutions, banks and corporates on international financial transactions and advises on financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitization, financial products and listing regulations; she previously practised at magic-circle firms in Brussels and completed secondments to Slaughter and May (2007) and the European Investment Bank (2010–2011).
