Partner and civil law notary at NautaDutilh in the Netherlands, specialising in commercial real estate and the property-law aspects of renewable energy (including solar installations, cables and pipelines and hydrogen projects). He advises on real estate transactions, financing, project development, division into apartment rights, rights in rem and complex multiple ground use for prominent local and international real estate asset managers and developers; he has served on the editorial board of Tijdschrift voor Zakenrecht (2018–2025), regularly gives client lectures and was a lecturer with the Grotius Academy for four years.
