Daniel Rodríguez Ruiz de Villa is Counsel at ONTIER Oviedo and a corporate law specialist who has practised since 1988; he joined ONTIER in January 2010. He is a frequent postgraduate lecturer, author of 21 monographs, 18 chapters and 83 articles, recipient of eleven national legal research prizes, and a member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence of Asturias.
