Partner at Schjødt advising on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on workplace discrimination and health and safety. She has particular expertise in restrictive covenants, bonus and incentives, collective bargaining and dispute resolution, and extensive litigation experience representing employers in Danish courts (including the Supreme Court) and the European Court of Justice; she is an Officer in the IBA’s Diversity and Equality Law Committee and a member of EELA.
