Kristian Kaltoft Nielsen is Partner at Schjødt Advokatpartnerselskab and heads the firm’s Danish Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He advises domestic and international investment funds, asset managers and institutional investors on fund structuring, formation and operation, GP- and LP-secondaries, continuation funds, GP-staking, fund finance and the financial regulation applicable to asset managers and investment firms; prior to joining Schjødt in October 2025 he led a leading investment funds team at one of Denmark’s largest law firms.
