Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency department at Advokatfirman Schjødt in Sweden, with more than 30 years' experience handling bankruptcies, reconstructions and liquidations since the early 1990s and particular expertise in the State wage guarantee (member of the Swedish National Group for State Wage Guarantee). He also advises on employment matters and civil disputes, lectures on insolvency and employment, served on the board of the Swedish Association for Insolvency Practitioners (Rekon) 2011–2018, and previously worked as a law clerk at the Swedish Enforcement Office and the District Court of Huddinge.
