He has extensive experience of the Commercial Division of the High Court and various Tribunals of Enquiry, and has prosecuted cases before the European Court of Justice. He has advised sector-specific regulators in Ireland and internationally. He also advises auditors and tax advisors on their statutory obligations and decision-making processes.
