Gavin O’Flaherty
Gavin is a Partner in William Fry’s Corporate / M&A Department. Gavin’s practice primarily focuses on domestic and global M&A, corporate reorganisations, venture capital and private equity investments. Within his general corporate and M&A practice he advises on strategic M&A mandates with particular sector focus on financial services (to include more particularly insurance companies), agri-food and healthcare companies. Gavin also has particular expertise in advising private equity houses on their investment into or acquisition of Irish corporates and has acted on a number of the largest private equity transactions in and through Ireland over the last number of years. · William Fry LLP
