David O’Shea
David is a Partner in William Fry's Banking & Finance Department. David advises borrowers, financial institutions and alternative lenders on a wide range of international and domestic finance transactions. His financing practice includes leverage finance, fund finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and project finance. He has particular expertise in lending into Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Funds (QIAIF) structures.
