Claire specialises in both contentious and non-contentious shipping and offshore matters. Claire assists clients in drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating various type of contracts in relation to shipbuilding, international trade, offshore construction, transportation, charterparty, bill of lading and other general corporate matters. She advises major Chinese state-owned shipyard groups, including without limitation China State Shipbuilding Corporation Group, China Merchant Industry Holding, COSCO Shipyards, as well as the major international manufacturers and suppliers in the shipping and offshore industry, etc. Claire also has extensive experience in handling international arbitration and court proceedings including LMAA, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, and London and Hong Kong court litigations.
