Rose Gurney is a Senior Associate in the Rural Property team at Farrer & Co. She acts for private individuals, landed estates and charities on farm and other rural property sales and purchases and advises on tenanted land issues including Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 succession, Rent Act tenancies and modern Farm Business Tenancies, as well as commercial landlord and tenant matters; she trained at Spratt Endicott, qualified in September 2012, joined Farrers in November 2014 and was promoted to Senior Associate in May 2021.
