Laurie Horwood

Laurie’s practice covers a wide range of matters relating to residential and commercial property. He focuses principally on the acquisition, disposal and financing of prime residential properties acting for individuals, corporate entities and other purchasing vehicles. He also acts for a number of leading private banks in connection with these transactions and has particular expertise advising on the property aspects of financing transactions. His individual client base is drawn from both individuals resident in the UK and also non-UK residents purchasing prime property, typically in London, for investment or to establish a UK base.
