Georgina James joined Farrer & Co as a Partner in Private Wealth in February 2020. She advises international families, trustees and family offices on cross-border tax and estate planning, provides tax advice on onshore and offshore personal and business tax and UK residence and domicile, and assists UHNW clients, business families, banks and other financial institutions with structuring investments including joint ventures, private equity–style investments and real estate acquisition and development.
