Stijn is a partner in the intellectual property department of Fieldfisher's Brussels office with more than 15 years' experience litigating copyrights, trademarks and patents, particularly in the media and telecoms sectors. He also advises on sports law and transactional matters (including player transfers and TV rights) and has represented clients in landmark matters such as the Telenet / United Video Properties case (C-57/15) before the CJEU.
