Tom Pick is a partner in Fieldfisher's Brussels office with over 20 years' experience covering the full spectrum of competition law services. His practice focuses on EU and German competition law — including behavioural antitrust, antitrust litigation, merger control, cartels and State aid — and he regularly represents clients before the European courts in Luxembourg, German civil courts, the European Commission and national competition authorities, as well as advising on competition compliance programmes and dawn-raid training.
