Partner in Fieldfisher’s Medical Negligence department in England, acting for adults and children in birth injury (including cerebral palsy), neonatal injury, brain and spinal injury, amputation and wrongful birth, and representing families at inquests. Vice President of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), member of the Law Society’s clinical negligence panel, on the specialist panel for Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) and a trustee of Baby Lifeline; gave oral evidence for APIL to the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee’s 2022 inquiry into NHS Litigation.
