David Gallagher is Partner and Head of the Pensions practice in Fieldfisher's London office, advising employers, pension scheme trustees, pension product providers and financial institutions on pensions law, including day-to-day matters, scheme restructurings, employer financial support, winding up schemes, investment and litigation. He took office as Chair of the Association of Pension Lawyers in November 2023.
