Quinton Newcomb is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Dispute Resolution team and an experienced commercial crime barrister who began his career at the independent criminal Bar and later served as Managing Partner of a specialist commercial crime boutique. He has represented individuals and corporates in high-profile commercial crime investigations (including Alstom, Rolls Royce, Rio Tinto and ENRC), led cross-border internal investigations and advised multinational companies on commercial crime and compliance; he was appointed a criminal Recorder (part-time Crown Court judge) in October 2020.
