Partner in Fieldfisher's Public Regulatory department in England, advising public officials, regulators and private-sector organisations on the exercise of public powers and on challenging public bodies' decision-making. He has extensive experience of bringing and defending judicial review claims and a strong track record advising on major public inquiries and inquests—he led Fieldfisher's solicitor teams on inquiries including the Diana and Dodi Al Fayed inquest, the 7/7 inquests, the Litvinenko and Baha Mousa inquiries, IICSA and the Daniel Morgan Independent Panel, and currently acts as Solicitor to the Covid-19 Inquiry and the Dawn Sturgess Inquiry.
