Robert R.C. Frühling is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all areas of private and public construction and Architectural Law as well as Real Estate Business Law. A particular focus is on advising and providing long-term support to parties involved in real estate construction projects, legal project management and representation in legal disputes and court proceedings. Another focus is on advising on the purchase and sale of existing properties and project developments, including legal due diligence up to the conclusion of the purchase agreement in the area of Commercial and residential Real Estate. In addition, asset management, in particular Tenancy Law, is another focus of his work. Our clients include private and institutional investors, builders and project developers. · Fieldfisher
