Julia Garbaciok

Julia Garbaciok is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises national and international companies on all legal issues in Data Protection and IT Law, as well as Online Marketing and e-commerce Law. She primarily advises companies in regulated industries, such as healthcare, new technologies, telecommunications and financial services. Her particular focus is on advising on international data protection compliance projects, international data transfer, data protection in M&A transactions, employee data protection as well as all data protection officer activities, such as data protection impact assessments, data erasure concepts or data protection breach notifications. She also regularly advises on data protection issues relating to clinical studies, medical devices and medical apps and represents our clients in proceedings before the data protection supervisory authorities.
