Silke Goschler is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on all legal issues for national and international companies in the areas of Commercial/Commercial Contract Law. Her advice covers the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts along the supply chain (purchasing, sales, logistics, production and distribution) as well as related legal issues of operational business, including Consumer Protection Law aspects. A particular focus is on the (re)structuring of distribution systems (commercial agents, authorized dealers, franchising) as well as online trading and leasing.
