Dr Marcus Iske is a Partner in the Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises companies and executive employees in all aspects of individual and collective labour law. He represents his clients nationwide in judical and extrajudical procedures. A main focus of his work is the advice on co-determination issues, negotiations with works councils and trade unions, as well as advising executive employees and managers in connection with the conclusion, the legal optimization and the termination of their employment and service contracts. Moreover, he advises on the planning of restructurings and corporate transactions including the drafting and negotiation process of balance-of-interests and social plans.
